Application:
XKH800Z of 5-axis machine can be widely used in electric power, aviation and other industries, and suitable for machining turbine blde of different pecification and use. The machine specifically designed is equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanism.
Features:
l The machine has three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotary axes (A, B). Tool spindle box and B axis swing box mounted in front of column moves along Z axis direction and column along X axis direction. The headstock and tailstock of A axis are mounted on worktable that moves alongd Y axis direction.
l Gantry robot system that can realize automatically loading, unloading and machining of blades.
l Full close-loop control and headstock & tailstock by servo driven.
l High rigid, large power and high speed electric spindle.
l The spindle with clamping workpiece automatically.
l The tailstock with automatic centering clamping mechanism.
