Application:
VMC series product is a large and medium-sized vertical machining center researched and developed for meeting the customers' requireents for high-speed and heavy-load cutting. This series product is featured by high feeding motor power, high speed and large loading capacity. The product can be widely used for high-quality and high-efficiency machining in various industries.
Features:
l Machine bed
Triple guide ways on Y axis are adopted with expanding the span of three guides, which can reach 1520mm. Wide bed and high rigidity guarantee the high operational stability of the machine tool.
l Self-manufactured spindle
The machine tool is equipped with self-manufactured sple(with national techincal patent), with inner diameter φ110. The spindle with excellent stability is supported with six high-quality imported bearings and its components through strict dynamic balance.
l High-quality guide
The machine is equipped with high-quality imported brand guide with width of 55mm so as to ensure its high speed and rigidity.
l Large-power torque motor
The spindle motor has large torque with standard configuration of 143Nm, which meets the processing requirement of high strength and high rigidity cutting.
l Large processing space
Maximum in expanding the machine tool processing space, the travel can reach 800mm in Y axis, and 850mm in Z axis, which is properly applied to cut middle and large-sized workpieces.
l Herringbone-type column
The column is shaped in herringbone structure with wide cross section (800mm*720mm) and junction surface (930mm*850mm), weighing two tons and adequately ensuring the structural rigidity and junction rigidity.
l Heavy total weight
The machine bed is made of excellent resin sand casting that results in large net weight of 12,500-14,600kg, which ensures its high rigidity and high reliability.
