Application:
BVD series grinding machine can be widely used for machining automobile parts, precision parts, small-sized dies in IT, aerospace and military industries.
Features:
l The machine is equipped with flying saucer type tool changer, which features Z axis travel expending, small
size tool changer with more tools, enlarging the spindle box and fast tool changing.
l Each linear moving shaft uses rolling guide ways, precision ball screws and servo motors with fast moving
speed of 48000mm/min for X and Y axis, 60000mm/min for Z axis.
l Enclosed cover of whole machine, different axes adopt stainless telescopic covers or protection cover. There
is oil-fog collector and emission system on the top, wide-sized door and windows.
l The guide way and ball screw of three-axis are lubricated automatically by thin oil and designed with
oil-water separation device, automatically recycling and separating the lubrication oil and watr, which can eliminate the transformation caused by the mix of coolant and oil, affect cutting quality and prevent environment pollution.
l Equipped with FANUC 0iMD or SIEMENS 828D system and optimization configuration for speed, precision and
processing functions. And optional for fully closed control, spindle temperature controlling system, tool and workpiece probe, single or dual shaft rotary table.
