LB Single Girder Explosion Proof Overhead Crane 
 

Manufacturing, installation, usage of explosion-proof overhead crane are all based on JB/T 10219;
It is a small crane with light lifting capacity, and matched with BCD electric anti-explosion hoist;
Explosion-proof grade is respectively Exd Ⅱ BT4 , Exd Ⅱ CT4;
Apply to the inside factories with the detonating ability not higher than Ⅱ B or Ⅱ C, and flammable mixture environment with the Ignites temperature classes of T1 ~ T4 group;
Applicable for dangerous area district 1 or 2 (see GB3836.1-2000);
All motors and electrical equipment's explosion-proof performance meet the GB3836.2-2000 "explosion-proof electric equipment usage requirement ".
this kind of crane is widely used in plant, warehouse and workshop for material lifting and moving.

Electrical system

All hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously.
Operation of the electric hoist and the Crane system adopts the conductive slide or the cable as the electric power transmission device.
Electric hoist mobile power supply is constituted by flate cables or special cables, galvanized slippery course and small cable pulley

Safety Protection
Rain-proof cover for outside hoist, driving units, electrical cubicle

Single Girder hoist type overhead traveling crane can be divided structurally into three parts as following:
1. Hoisting mechanism: Electric hoist with trolley traveling along the main bridge beam.
2. Crane traveling mechanism: Two end carriages with wheels driven by electric motor.
3. Steel structure: Main bridge beam and two end carriages.
