NUCLEATING AGENT PET- 98C
Introduction :
In order to solve the problem of warp of PET and high rate of waste product during processing,
caused by low speed crystallization, most of users use nucleating agent to enhance the speed
of crystallization, but usually it will hamper the other performance of PET for small molecule
added. But when you use PET-98C, all above performance will be improved. It is not only to
enhance the crystal speed evidently but also can improve the stiffness, heat resistance, and
lower the rate of warp and shrink of the finished products. Thus the rate of finished products
will be increased much.
PET-98C is an additive of organise silicate specially used in engineering plastic of PET.It is
innocuity and no smell.

Usage :
PET-98C is mainly used for PET engineering plastic,(such as 30% fiberglass flame restardant
PET), PET/PBT or PET/PC alloy engineering plastic.
Before making masterbatch, PET-98C should be added and mix uniformly with other material
on the basis of user's intrinsic formula. If other materials are all granule, it should be add
0.1%-0.2% paraffin liquid and mix first, then add PET-98C.
Function :
Using PET-98C, the speed of crystallization of resin can be increased by 5-7 times, module
can be increased by 50-250%, heat resistance can be increased by 10-50℃.
Dosage :
It is suggested to add 4-8wt% of total weight of mixed material.
