Anti-block Agent

This product is used to process PE, PP, PVC, EVA plastics, can effectively enhance uncorking performance (anti-conglutination) and lubricating performance of processing.

1. Working principle 

One layer of smoothing film will be formed on surface of plastic products if this product is used, conglutination function on surface of plastic products (especially plastic film) will be effectively lowered. 

2. Characteristics of performance 

1.   Effectively lower conglutination function on surface of plastic products;

2.   Lubricating function on processing plastic products;

3.   Transparency of products will not be affected under standard proportion; 

4.   Settle the problem of same products that extruding and feeding will slip brought by overturning screw. 

 

3. Proportion between application and dosage

 

Mix this product evenly with plastic materials with proportion of 0.3－0.8: 100 (in line with practical demand), then normal process can be carried out.
