Foundry crane is mainly used for the transportation, pouring and hot metal charging in the process of smelting liquid metal etc.

Crane assembly and test are in accordance with [2007] 375 date file issued by the quality and inspection office of the quality supervision of state administration.

This kind crane product is suitable for using under below ambient environment:

Temperature range: -10℃～+60℃

Humidity ≤85%, relative humidity at most 50% when temperature is under 60 ℃.

When elevation height is under 1000m, the suitable power should be 3phase 380V 50Hz.

Foundry crane capacity range is from 5t to 74t, span is from 10.5m to 31.5m, working class is A7.

1.Lifting mechanism is installed two sets of independent action brake.

2.Lifting mechanism is installed with heavy hammer and rotary type of lifting limited position of double limiter device, and should control different cut-off device, when crane hoisting height is more than 20 m, should install down position limiter.

3.For lifting mechanism have speed adjusting system which may cause speeding and crane capacity beyond 20t is used for lifting molten metal all have overspeed protection, overspeed switch is installed on the motor of machine.

4.Lifting mechanism has a positive and negative contactor with fault protection function, prevent the motor and brake still losing in case electricity power is cut off to lead to the control lost.

5.The pulley is made of cast steel.

6.Installed with insulating layer at the bottom of the main girders, avoid molten steel thermal radiation, ensure the long service life of main girders.

7. Use special metallurgy motor, insulation class H level, motor protection grade IP54.

8.Steel core wire rope, suitable for high temperature environment, safety factor ≧ 7.1.

9.Power supply of trolley use high temperature-resistant cable.

10.Use spring shock absorber for the traveling of crane and lifting trolley.

11.Gear of reducer is middle or hardened gears.

12.The cabin is equipped with thermal insulation layer and air conditioning.
