YZ model double girder foundry and casting overhead crane is the main equipment in the continuous casting technology of steel manufacturing casting. It is mainly used for smelting metal transporter, casting and hot metal charging. YZ model casting overhead crane with double beam single trolley structure, is composed of bridge frame, connecting traverse, crane traveling mechanism and electric system. The main hook employs the constant- spacing connecting traverse as the lifting device to hoist steel ladle, the auxiliary hook cooperate with the main hook to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag, and other auxiliary hoisting. 

The crane traveling mechanism and main electric equipment are installed in the boxed girder, which employs rock wool for heat insulation, and has an air cooler inside. To reduce heat radiation of molten structural members, a thermal baffle is set along the span direction at the bottom of the girder.

 

FUNCTIONS:

Structure

1. The bridge: traverses on the railway;

2. The trolley: traverses on the beams;

3. The railway: tied to the building structure.

4. The main hook: lifts up and down;

5. The aux. hook: pours out the melting metal;

 

Main Girder

The crane girders are of welded girder construction. Our girder is complete without welding, so it is more strength. This result in lower dead weights with a high degree of vertical and horizontal 

rigidity and smaller wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway.

Trolley

It consists of motor, reducer, brake, trolley frame, drum, hook, pulley etc. The trolley includes lifting mechanism and 

cross traveling mechanism. The trolley is strictly designed according to the application and working environment.

 

 

End carriage: It works as long traveling mechanism and combines with beam, wheel, motor, reducer, brake and other parts. Crane traveling system, Motor-Reducer-Wheel driven system! motor used soft start motor which result in very stable starting!

We choose high quality electric parts with rain cover. The power supply is conductor bar. We could offer the top

Safety Features

Overload protection: If the materials or electric current overstep the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
