L Electric Hoist Gantry Crane

 

 L model single girder/beam gantry crane with hoist is matched with CD1/MD1 or HC/HM type electric hoist, it is a kind of track traveling MID-light type gantry crane, the capacity from 5T to 32T, the span is 9m or as your requirement , working temperature within-20---+40 centigrade.

  This gantry crane is commonly used in outside warehouse factories and mines, station and port for loading and unloading or lifting of scrap. Both ground control and cabin control.

The gantry crane is featured by light dead-weight, light wheel load and reliable performance.

The electric hoist has the compact structure, limit switch is designed, and easy to control, installation and maintenance. 

 

The crane beam is made by Q235 steel, the straight welds performed by automated robotics, the welder will perform welding on curved locations only, the welding type is carbon-dioxide arc welding: 
The legs are box frame, it is made by Q235 steel.
The lifting mechanism(electric hoist) of single girder overhead crane, the gear box have hardened and ground helical gears for high efficiency, quite operation and high reliability: 
The travel wheels of crane using 45# steel and finished heat treatment for long life, and the bearings are sealed for life to reduce maintenance needs.  

Motor: The 3-phase asynchronous motor can be smooth operation in intermittent, short-term, frequent starting, braking, and load condition in accordance with ISO9001 2000, motor can be set into variable speed as customer requirement. Insulation class F, IP 54 protection for hoisting.

Reducer: Wheel gear of hardened reducer is produced by carburizing and quenching with high strength low carbon steel alloy, high precision, efficiency, stable running, low noise, small volume, high bearing capacity.

Breaks:Independent Hydraulic Breaks guarantee the crane safe and easier to control.

Electrical Panel: Modular design, easY to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading.

Control method:
Pendant control: It signs six positions control, that is, up and down, left and right, front and end, some even up to nine positions to control.
Remote control: It is similar to the pendent control, the difference between both is remote control adopting wireless control, adopting receiving signal.
Cab control: In general, cab control is used in the heavy tons, because it is so expensive. However, it is the most comfortable one in the three. The driver in the cab controls everything, there are comfortable chair and all electric parts. No matter what happens, all working worker must obey the driver's instructions.
