MG double girder gantry crane

 

MG double girder gantry crane is ideal for outdoor applications where lifting facilities are provided without the cost of a building or any supporting steel work. They are also suited to indoor applications where existing building structures are not suitable to take overhead cranes,  

 

Design and manufacture according to GB/T 14406 "General gantry crane".

Mainly made up of bridge, trolley, crane traveling mechanism and electric system.

All the procedure is finished in the operating room.

Applies to the open warehouse or rail along for general handling and lifting work.

Also can be equipped with other lifting devices like grab or container spreader or etc. for special work.

Prohibited for high temperature, flammable, explosive, corrosion, overloading, dust or other dangerous operations.

Main Body

Double welded box beams, with the camber line more strict than national standard.

The end truck adopts 10.9 high strength bolt connection.

The crane traveling mechanism adopts separated driving, and it can use trinity drive too, safe and reliable.

End beam equipped with buffer block, orbital cleaning device.

 

Trolley Part

It includes motor, speed reducer, brake, coupling, wheels, and coiling blocks.

No asbestos brake pad and brake block insert use card outfit, safe and reliable;

The speed reducer use hard-toothed surface reducer, compact structure, and durable;

Trolley traveling use separate drive;

High loading ability, long service life moving stable;

Equipped with the derailment prevention board;

Used for Angle round box, equipped with buffer device;
