YH Metallurgical Electric Hoist

YH Series Electric Metallurgical Hoist is a metallurgy crane equipment mainly used for lifting molten metal. This series electric hoist has many protection functions such as double braking,double spacing,heat insulation plate and so on.
 
Metallurgy electric hoist is a perfect light-duty metallurgy hoisting equipment that can be used together with LDY type etallurgy single girder crane and can be installed under workshop fixed suspending rail to use individually. Design and manufacture of metallurgy electric hoist meet the uirements of AQSIQ Doc (2007) 375. Other situations that lift fusion non-metallic material or hot solid metal also can refer.
 
 
Basic specifications:
Its lifting capacity is ≤10t and lifting height is ≤ 20m.
The working environment temperature is -10℃~60℃ and relative humidity is less than 50% under the condition of 40℃ temperature. 
Working duty: M3;  Working temperature:  -25℃~40℃
Control method: Pendant line with pressing buttons or wireless remote control.
Standard industrial voltage: 380V 50Hz 3Phases .

Lifting motor
1. Use higher starting torque tapered rotor asynchronous motor braking

Lifting reducer

Wire Rope Drum 
1. Drum is made by casting iron or seamless steel tube, power comes from spline moving; 
2. Drum shell is welded by steel plate
3. Drum is in the center of hoist; lateral plate connect with travelling mechanism; both ends connect with lifting reducer and motor. 
4. Matched with wire rope and hook device work together.
5. Up front of drum shell fixed with limiting stopper.

Travelling Mechanism 
1. Through the lateral plate and drum as on a mobile device to achieve hoist's reciprocating motion;
2. The mechanism includes electric hoist, travel reducer,travel motor and slave driven hoist.
3. When it used with box girder or H shape steel, the wheel tread is straight. 
4. When used with I steel, the wheel tread is circular.

Hook Device
1. Forged by special steel.
2. Using thrust ball bearing to connect with shell via hook beam, make the hook move freely. 
3. 5t or lighter lifting capacity is lifted by single-sheaved block; 
4. 10t or heavier lifting capacity is lifted by double-sheaved block.
5. Matched with Safe clasp prevent decoupling

Electric Device
1. Include electric control box, button, switch, limit device and connecting wires etc.
2. Press the switch button, through the relay's absorption and disconnect inside of control box, to handle the action of hoist.

Protection Function
1. The first brake and motor are together, drum device equipped with safe brake and emergency brake;
