(i.e. input speed of hydraulic coupling) and transmission power, then select the model which you desire among
various types of hydraulic couplings manufactured by our company.
Ordering:
the inlet and outlet diameter, length and keyway size of all drive types are machined according
to the user' requirements. In case the equipment needs to operate at a speed lower (or higher) than that listed in
the table, we can help you with type selection in order to supply corresponding hydraulic couplings. We can
manufacture any type of hydraulic coupling with various specifications according to the user's requirements.
We can supply WBQ-I electronic blowout preventer used with hydraulic coupling to protect it from spraying liquid. If the user needs it, please indicate it in the contract.
Principle for type selection matching of moment-limiting hydraulic coupling
① Meet the requirements for operating conditions: for ordinary condtions, select oil medium coupling; for
coal mine downhole, inflammable and explosive conditions, select water medium coupling; for condtions where
liquid spray is not acceptable, such as grains, food, medicine, textile industry, etc., select the coupling with
antispray type temperature control switch; for conditions with higher ambient temperature where liquid spray
frequently occurs, select the coupling with fusible plug suitable for higher fusion temperature.
② Meet the operating requirements for working machine: select appropriate coupling according to the
operating requirements of the working machine. For example, if only for solving starting problem without
special requirements for overload protection, select static liquid relief type coupling; for conditions with strict r
equirements for overload protection, select dynamic liquid relief type coupling.
③ Meet the matching requirements for motive power machine: the selected coupling should be able to make
a good combination with motive power machine so as to meet the requirements for combined operation.
④ Meet the requirements for installation and connection: the hydraulic coupling has many installation and
connection methods, so select those convenient for installation and connection of motive power machine and
working machine with appropriate fit of shaft hole.
⑤ Meet the economic and pratical requirements: under the precondition that basic requirements for motive
power machine and working machine are satisfied, the simpler the coupling, the better, and the cheaper the
coupling, the better.
