1.The T-200 mode is set with BOST brand battery made in JERMANY,
suitabl for 220V in china, The battery is durable, quality first.
2.the battery should charge 5 hours in the first time.then 25 minites afetr using,or you can check it from battery instruction.the using time is realted with the size of the strap and operation habit, generally in 150-250 strap
3.T - 200 's friction part has self-preservation function,without friction when there is no strap or donot have enough tension,which can effectively protect friction friction and wear of circuit board.

Failure case
1. Ask:the machine can tension,no action for friction key
Answer:Please check whether the tension has reached value
Answer:no action for friction key and also the light is red,please check whether there is enough electricity
2. Ask:no tension,friction key stick to waste of strap
Answer:Tighten wheel wear out
3. Ask:machine is  without any action after continuous tensioning
the Answer:machine has Self-preservation function,please avoide repeating tensioning after setting.
4 how to correctly clean waste of tension wheel 
Open POS100 cover plate with screw send by us,take out P0S38tension wheel,clean it with special iron wheel brush, do not use strubbing object to clean directly.
