l QD Double Girder Overhead Crane is applied in open warehouse or rail sideways to conduct common loading unloading and material handling works.
l Capacity consists of 5T, 10T, 16/3.2T, 20/5T, 32/5T, 50/10T, 75/20T, 100/20T, 100/30T, 125/32T,
160/50T, 200/50T, 250/50T, 300/40T, 350/75T, 400/80T, 450/100T, 500/100T ---900T.
l QD Double Girder Overhead Crane are mainly consists of Girder frame, Crane travelling device, trolley as the lifting device and electrical parts.
l It is divided into 2 working grade of A5and A6 according to the use frequency.
l Bridge adopts box welded structure, high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity; crane travelling
mechanism adopts separate drive.
l It has a strong beam and a stable travelling mechanism; the emergency switch can stop any movement
once any dangerous happened.
l It is rely on the bridge frame along the workshop rail direction moving longitudinal, the trolley along
the main beam direction moving transverse and the hook lifting movement to work.
l High lifting capacity of this crane is designed with two hooks that mean two independent sets of
hoisting mechanism.

Safety Features
l Safety is the most important issue for crane. To ensure the safety, the following safety devices are
equipped in WEIHUA cranes.
l Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is
possible
l Long and cross travel limited by means of preliminary and final limit switches or Wireless anti-
collision device
l Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of trolley and crane prevents from accidental
falling
l All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a
main contact
l High quality long time bearing polyurethane materials buffer fixed at the end of trolley travelling and
crane travelling to prevent over traveling
l Safety hook latch used for avoiding the lifted material out off from the hook
l Audible and visual alarm device to inform the person stay near by the travelling crane.
