 Reinforcing Mesh welding machine woking process:

1. use wire straightening and cutting machine pre-striaghtened and pre-cut the line wire and cross wire.

2. cross wire input: loading the cross wire into the cross wire input hopper, then when welding the cross wire will input automaitcally, power from step motor.

3. line wire input: choice one, manually input the line wires into the wire trunking to the welding part. choice two, input by the line wire input device, power from Servo motor, automatically move the line wires trhough the wire trunking to the welidng part.

4. parameter set, HIM, touch screen input the parameter needed, then start the machine.

5. the machine begain to welding automatically. and the mesh output device, power from Servo motor, drawing the finished mesh forward to the next work station.
