Instructions for each part of the INSPECTION AND REWINDING MACHINE

1 Unwinding

1)Unwinding form: unwinding without shaft, one-sided cylinder clamp the material , with 3 inches , 6 inches mechanical chucks ;

2)Direction of roll-out: up, down direction roll-out ;

3)Roll diameter calculation: Encoder synchronous speed, diameter is calculated based on the material thickness, with residual alarm function, the roll diameter alarm can be set according to the actual situation.

2 Traction

1. Traction roller: Mirror metal rod structure, diameter ?120mm, roller surface length1400mm;
2. Traction pressure roller : rubber roller structure, pneumatic control, diameter ?120mm, roller surface length 1400mm;
3. Traction drive : servo motor drive , belt drive ;

3 Rewinding

1)Rewinding forms: rewinding without shaft, one-sided cylinder clamp the material , with 3 inches , 6 inches mechanical chucks ;

2)Coiling direction : up, down coiling direction;

3)Roll diameter calculation : Encoder synchronous speed, diameter is calculated based on the material thickness, with residual alarm function, the roll diameter alarm can be set according to the actual situation.

4 Pattern Inspection ( this part is optional device )

1)Inspection device : AVT single-sided color inspection system, dual lens , valid width 1300mm;

2)System structure: unibody design , in accordance with the AVT inspection system installation requirements, integration of systems and racks.

Other

1. Screen display: Show unwinding diameter , rewinding diameter , unwinding tension , rewinding tension , run length and direction of machine penetrating film;
2. Safety Protection: emergency pull cord switch designed on rewinding and unwinding, mushroom emergency stop button designed on operation panel;
3. Machine color : Machine body color is white , safety hood color is yellow;
