2.The introduction of the products

Reduced rubber joint consist of a rubber pipe composed of a metal union swivel,which is composed of an inner rubber layer.Reducing rubber joint is characterized by high resistance,good elasticity,big deflection,aging resistance,excellent shock absorption,etc.
Applicable Media:water,sea water,steam,oil,acid and alkali,etc.
The joint more than DN200 is used for high-pressure and gigh-floor construction. The pipe must be epuiped with fixed support or fixed bracket,if not, the escapement must be installed(actual axial force of product is less than anti-support force).
Rubber joint is also called shock absorber,pipe shock absorber,shock absorber throat and flexible adaptor,etc.It is a pipe of high-flexibility,superior air tightness and medium and weather resistance.

1)Absorbs Directional Movement

Thermal movements appear in any rigid pipe system due to temperature changes. The Rubber Pipe Reducer low profile wide arch allows for axial compression or axial extension, lateral deflection as well as angular and torsional movements.

2)Less Turbulence or Material Entrapment

Rubber Pipe Reducers are manufactured with the integral rubber flange joining the body at a true 90o angle. This ensures the product will install snug against the mating pipe flange free of voids creating less turbulence in the pipe system. The Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint also has a self-flushing arch which eliminates media buildup and the need for a filled arch spool joint resulting in greater movement capability and lower spring rates.

3)Absorbs Vibration, Noise and Shock

The Rubber Pipe Reducer effectively dampen and insulate downstream piping against the transmission of noise and vibration generated by mechanical equipment. Noise and vibrations caused by equipment can cause stress in pipe, pipe guides, anchors and other equipment downstream. The Rubber Pipe Reducers will help relieve noise and vibration occurrences in a pipe system. Water hammer and pumping impulses can also cause strain, stress or shock to a piping system. The Rubber Pipe Reducers are commonly used by contractors and plant personnel to allow for slight pipe misalignment during installation of new piping and or replacement applications.
