Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat is a non-woven fabric consisting of randomly distributed 50mm chopped strands held together with powder or emulsion binder.
E-glass chopped strand mat are mainly used in polyurethane resin.It is also compatible with unsaturated polyester,vinly ester,epoxy and phenolic resins.
The products are most widely used in automobile inner headliners witdth less than 3.6 meters,Improve it's stiffness and bond strength of polyurethane foam film.The products have excellent process performance,it can lower the weight of automobile based on meet the mechanical and physical properties for headliners.

Packing&Storage
Each chopped strand mat is wound onto a paper tube which has inside diameter of 79mm,90mm or 106mm,the diameter of each roll is 265mm,and then wrapped up with plastic film,and then be packed in a cardboard box or warpped up with kraft paper.The rolls can be vertically or horizontally plased.The rolls can be vertically or horizontally plased.The rolls can be located into a container directly or on pallets.
