Engine 6HK1-TCSG40 is newly designed by ISUZU in Japan which adopts a Denso high pressure common rail fuel injection system. This system features high injection pressure and it can make flexible adjustment on the correct timing of injection,injection duration, injection pressure and the rules of injection. With its multi-stage fuel injection, this diesel engine has greatly improved its performance in economy, power and emission, as well as great improvement on engine noise and vibration.

The engine efficiently decreases emission pollution by introducing electronic controlled EGR, 2 level EGR cooling tube and DOC emission control technology. The electronic control VGS(VAT Variable AreaTurbocharger)plus intercooling tech. substantially increase its power and responsiveness, which enables its adaptation to different complicated road conditions .

Cab

The cab adopts a high strength galvanized steel plate and a sealed structure which forms an effective anti-collision protection area for the safety of driver. Frame

The frame features high loading capacity. Its specification is 258×80×10 with U shape structure.It not only meets loading requirement, but also requirements for various refitting purposes.

Axles

Front axle: The whole end punch type of F063 front axle is produced by the world most advanced forging equipments and processes. It can bear max 6.3Ton with a great bearing capacity and reliable quality.

Rear axle: RT210 rear axle is produced by the world most advanced production lines and processes including punching,welding, machining and assembly. It can take as much as 21Ton which fully meets the requirement of customers.

Controllability

Steering controllability: equipped with hydraulic power steering device and scientific designed steering trapezium. It makes the steering operation more light and convenient. The angel of wheel and height can be easily adjusted for different shaped drivers. Acceleration pedal: light, effort saving and easy to control. Shift control: light, effort saving with clear shift.

Other safety aspects: Nylon hose: high quality product from international renown manufacturer, featuring good plasticity, toughness, anti-ageing, uneasy leakage and long service life

Pipe joint: copper joint, not easy to rust, reliable, long service life. It is a fast change joint and can be replaced without tools.You can change it yourself without going to a repair station.

Relay valve: the relay valve is used on the brake pipeline. It reduces the pipe length from brake source to brake chamber. Better braking, more sensitive and faster response of the brake is achieved during braking.

Electrical aspect: Harness :key parts are imported from Japan (such as wires, connectors etc.) with more reliable quality and more control accuracy and durability. Chassis harness plug is waterproof with high reliability; sensor: Joint added with shield wire giving more stable sensor signal.

Chassis with high carrying capacity

The electrophoresis processing is performed specially for the frame under the conditions of humidity,severe cold and saline and alkaline climate(domestic trucks are not equipped with this technology)so as to be adaptable for various adverse climate conditions.

The light weight design is of advanced design standard, the curb weight of F-series vehicle is 1 ton lighter than the same type of vehicle.

The transmission system not only meets the requirement of heavy loading but also considers the driving economy concurrently. It adopts single main reducer.

Brand new ISUZU Common Rail 6H Engine

The precision of crankshaft and connecting rod motion pair gets a leap improvement; OHC valve gear is simplified; cylinder sleeve is multi alloy casted with higher stability and better wear resistance; material performance and structure strength of cylinder block and cylinder are improved.

With multistage pressure fuel injection, turbocharging & intercooling and four valve technology, the engine has more sufficient combustion but less corrosion to the internal mechanism by the combustion waste. The engine runs more smoothly and quiet.

6-speed transmission

Gear is made of anti deformation processing technology, life time is much longer than the same type of products.

The factory standard configuration of the refrigerating system is CARRIER (USA) Independent refrigeration unit

According to customer's requirements, the refrigerating unit can be chosen for other brand or model. When placing an order, it is necessary to specially describe it (there may be difference on the vehicle registeration and national publication)

Its special double-compressor chassis development and standardized refrigerating system mounting can guarantee reliability of the operation system.

The connecting method of chassis and box size design are carried out in combination of the developing thinking of wholel vehicle and carrying capacity of the front and rear axles, distribution of braking force and side stability,so as to guarantee performance of the whole vehicle.

Good heat-insulating performance and high quality transportation

The carriage box plate is seamlessly formed. It adopts a seamless bonding process when assembled.

The heat insulating layer inbetween the composite boards

is made of hard PU foam with large density and over 80% of close area.

The carriage box is of non-metal thermal bridge design.

Total heat transfer coefficient of the carriage box is ≤0.3w/m2.k. Its air tightness and heat insulating performance are higher than the national A-grade standard so that the refrigeration box has quicker temperature drop and shorter operation time of refrigerator . This ensures transport quality of goods and saves more fuel and electricity.

High strength, light weight and long service life.

It is surrounded with reinforced aluminum alloy section with 4mm wall thickness to ensure connecting strength of the carriage box and decrease its weight.

Its integrated reinforced design greatly strengthens the box boards.

The floor is designed with subsidiary longitudinal beam + cross beam structure to improve carrying capacity of the carriage box.

The box board surface can be provided with aluminum plate, stainless steel sheet or resin material according to the customer's requirement. The surface corrosion resistance can last for more than 10 years.
