Engine 6HK1-TCSG40 is newly designed by ISUZU in Japan which adopts a Denso high pressure common rail fuel injection system. This system features high injection pressure and it can make flexible adjustment on the correct timing of injection,injection duration, injection pressure and the rules of injection. With its multi-stage fuel injection, this diesel engine has greatly improved its performance in economy, power and emission, as well as great improvement on engine noise and vibration.
The engine efficiently decreases emission pollution by introducing electronic controlled EGR, 2 level EGR cooling tube and DOC emission control technology. The electronic control VGS(VAT Variable AreaTurbocharger)plus intercooling tech. substantially increase its power and responsiveness, which enables its adaptation to different complicated road conditions .

The connecting method of chassis and box size design are carried out in combination of the developing thinking of wholel vehicle and carrying capacity of the front and rear axles, distribution of braking force and side stability,so as to guarantee performance of the whole vehicle.

The heat insulating layer inbetween the composite boards
is made of hard PU foam with large density and over 80% of close area.
The carriage box is of non-metal thermal bridge design.
Total heat transfer coefficient of the carriage box is ≤0.3w/m2.k. Its air tightness and heat insulating performance are higher than the national A-grade standard so that the refrigeration box has quicker temperature drop and shorter operation time of refrigerator . This ensures transport quality of goods and saves more fuel and electricity.
It is surrounded with reinforced aluminum alloy section with 4mm wall thickness to ensure connecting strength of the carriage box and decrease its weight.
Its integrated reinforced design greatly strengthens the box boards.
The floor is designed with subsidiary longitudinal beam + cross beam structure to improve carrying capacity of the carriage box.
The box board surface can be provided with aluminum plate, stainless steel sheet or resin material according to the customer's requirement. The surface corrosion resistance can last for more than 10 years.
