This door type computerized electronic UTM is used to test the mechanical property of metal and non-metal materials with tensile strength within 20kN. It can do tensile, compression, bending, cutting and tearing test of rubber, plastic, cable, wire, paper, etc materials.

It meet with the requirements of GB, ISO, JIS, DIN and ASTM, etc.

Main frame

1.1 It adopts most advanced and reliable floor type structure, imported Panasonic Japan full digital alternating servo motor and servo adjusting system and imported load cell. Whole digital measurement and control system can realize high precision, wide range measure and three closed loop control.

1.2 It adopts precision leading ball screw and reducing mechanism, transmit stable, low noise and zero clearance.

 

Measuring system

High precision 24 A/D date acquisition card (built in computer), it realizes full digital adjustment, high accurate enlarge and precision control.

Advanced chip integrated technology, 300000 code high acquisition card, which make the perfection measuring of load cell. It has advantage of high precision integration, stable, convenient to use.

The testing software can auto figure out routine dates, such as tensile strength, yield strength, fracture strength, modulus of elasticity, non-proportional extend strength RP0.2, etc. Auto figure out each point's force, stress, displacement, deformation, etc.
