Application:
Textile to rubber adhesion for:
Tyre fabrics: carcass and belt, chafer and other textile components used in tyres.
Industrial rubber products: conveyor belt, V belts, hoses and other textile reinforced products.
The combination of small particle size and narrow particle size distribution , together with excellent processing properties, combine with HL991 VP Latex, ensure the optimum adhesion performance demanded by even the most stringent applications, such as tyre.
Packing:
Bulk(tank truck, flexitank, rail tank car) , 200L/drum(polyethyelene drum), 1000L IBC
Store:
1.Store latex and latex compounds in tightly sealed containers. Exposure to air may result in the formation of a film or emulsion, or be decomposed by bacteria.
2.Store latex and latex compounds at temperatures between 5~40°C. Exposure to direct sunlight may cause the formation of film or alter the viscosity due to the high temperatures.
Latex and latex compounds become unusable when frozen.
3.Latex and latex compounds stored for long periods of time must be stirred and filtered before use. Stirring helps redistribute uneven, settled latex and latex compounds, which have a large specific gravity. Filtering latex and latex compounds break up coagulation, emulsion and films.
4.Designated containers for storing latex and latex compounds must always be used. When storing latex and latex compounds in containers, other than those originally supplied by the manufacturer, use stainless steel with corrosion resistant glass or resin lining.
Recommended Formulations(Dip formulation for nylon cord):
The dip mix with HL980 SBR latex is prepared in 2 steps:
Step 1: Preparation of resin master.
