Rubber Grade Precipitated Silica 

Chemical name: SILICON DIOXIDE  Molecular formula: SiO2 * nH2O  Chemical structure: O=Si=O

A high dispersion, high purity precipitated silica. Can significantly improve the wear resistance of the rubber compound, resistant to flexion performance, heating oxidation, instead of a large number of carbon black for high-performance tires, which can effectively reduce tire rolling resistance and reduce fuel consumption and improve the wet skid resistance and safety performance .  

Application

1. Tyre industry: Reduce tire rolling resistance,increasing tire grip 

   in the wetlands and icy ground.

2. Shoe industry: Rubber out soles reinforcing filler,the performance 

  of reinforcing close to the carbon black,it can be used for light-colored 

  rubber products,transparent appearance and excellent wear resistance.

3. Industry rubber silicone products:Applied to the rice roller, hoses, rubber rollers, 

   belts, oil seals, etc., can improve tear resistance, abrasion resistance, 

   and extend the life of the products.
