  • Thermostat /Thermal cutoff characteristic:
    • KSD301 series thermostat is a temperature-sensing parts which has double metal
    • When normally working, it has stable and accurate performance

  • Note:
    • In order to maintain good temperature-sensing, please make sure the metal panel connects the parts needs testing when installing thermostat
    • Press the temperature sensing surface by heat conduction silicone grease or similar heat conduction
    • Do not press the cover top to avoid loose or deformation during installation
    • Make sure thermostat inside away from liquid, do not press thermostat to avoid crash, do not change the shape of terminal which affects electrical reliability, make sure insulation protection measures are maintained to keep safety
    • Do not connect thermostat with current higher than 5A, please choose conducting wire whose copper core section's between 0.5 to 1mm2
    • 0.75-1.5mm2, when connected with current lower than 10A, please choose conducting wire whose copper core section's between 0.75 to 1.5mm2
    • Make sure the ambient humidity lower than 90%, please keep thermostat in warehouse who's under 40°C, has clean, dry and corruption-free air
