Cool and warm defroster has the function not only of heating and defrosting in winter but of cooling in summer. Defroster is connected to the heater or enginecoolant circulation system. It changes the high temperature coolant from the system to hot air through heat exchanger. Then the hot air is blown towards 
windows of a vehicle by defrosting pipe, so as to achieve the purposes of completely defrosting and defogging.
