T8 LED tube lights are better options than traditional fluorescent lamps because of the energy-saving properties and long life span. A traditional fluorescent tube generates massive amounts of heat energy as you use it, but LED tube lights efficiently converts electric energy into light energy. Moreover, traditional lamps use alternating current, so it tends to produce up to 120 times of strobe flash per second. On the other hand, LED tube light directly converts AC into DC, which eliminates any "flashing" phenomenon that can distort images and vision. LEDs adopt a non-isolated and built-in power supply, which makes the circuit rather simple in design.
