GRP WATER TANK

GRP Sectional Panel Water TANK consists of panel(bottom, wall, roof) and reinforcing angle.

GRP Tank Panel are manufactured from SMC(sheet molding compound), utilising the hot press method.

Being manufactured from SMC, the tank itself is maintenance free with the long life that comes from being manufactured from reinforced composites. Easy installation with on-site bolt assembly and Tank shape and volume can be freely designed with no restrictions based on site location, weather or climate.

 

GRP tanks are suitable for use in the following applications.

GRP tank panels are Hot Press Molded on Hydraulic compression presses. Using stainless steel for the interior structure and plated steel for the exterior, the panel exhibits excellent resistance to erosion.

 

What is SMC material ?

Sheet Molding Compound is a fibre-reinforced material, which consists primarily of a thermosetting resin glass fibres and filler. SMC is a high tech material that is used in the manufacturing process in most of our products ranges.

The advantage of SMC include, high impact compressive, flexural and tensile strength along with temperature stability.

SMC has low profile, low shrink for excellent surface appearance and painting.it's color pigmentable and has excellent chemical and electrical resistance varied to provide insulation, conductivity or anti static properties.

3. Safety of Bottom Panel for Water Pressure

The convex panel can be the water pressure created by filling the tank seals the joint preventing leakage.

In other type tanks, water pressure can loosen the joint breaking the seal and allowing the stored water leak out.

 

4. Prevents Leakage

The joint are sealed with a special sealing tape.

It maintains soft itself and adhesives even at low temperature.

 

5. Complete Drainage

The convex bottoms with a concave drain panel system make sure complete and fast drainage.

It's very useful to take a maintenance inside of water tank.

Optional - Insulating

The heat insulation panel with 3 layers structure improves heat insulation effect (25mm 50mm 100mm foamed polyurethane insulation).

Protects water condensation on the outside of tank and minimizes temperature variation of the stored water.

Our insulted tanks are constructed of GRP injected with foamed urethane and are superior in their heat and cold insulation. Appropriate for tank insulation in locations such as machinery rooms, rooms with high humidity or areas of cold climates.

 

Optional-Partition Water Tank

By installing a partition, tanks may be cleaned one compartment at a time without interrupting supply.

The water tank for two different purpose are needed in a confined area of boiler facility. As an example 16ton water tank. The partition type can divided by two tanks in on as using half(8ton) for drinking water and another half(8ton) for service water. If the separated water tank installed as shown on the below picture, you have two install two different tanks with a maximum each 6tons, because you need to keep 1meter distance between each separated tanks for maintenance and operating space.
