HCPE is one kind of  high-molecular polymer after PE's Depth chlorination. It is white powder and no-toxic, no odor.

Characteristic of HCPE :

1. With good chemical stability,chemical resistance,and it's corrosion resistance is higher than Vinylidene Chloride.chlorosulfonated polyethylene 1 or 2 times.

2. Excellent resistance to aging and weather resistance. 

3. Good adhension

4. It's flame retardant property is very good and gas defense ,mould proof.

5. With good electrical isolation,compatibility and Free coloration.

 Application in Coating Field:

(1)Anticorrosive paint:the important anticorrosive paint for bridge,steel-frame structure,chemical equipment,saltworks,and fishworks,with rust-anti-corrosion primer,paint for piping.

(2)Marine paint:(including inside and outside)primer of carbin and for decoraction.

(3)Fire retardant coating---including the outside of wood and steel structure

(4) Architectural coating---the outside of buildings and primer of concrete.

(5)Ocean painting---including container,marine platform,and wharf 

(6)Painting for airport,road and guidepost.

Other application:

(1)It can be the adhensive for pvc products.

(2)Fire retardant for paper and fibre.

(3)Anti-High Temperature Resin Modifier for chloroprene rubber adhesive and NBR

(4)High-viscosity HCPE— PVC adhesive 

(5)Mid-viscosity HCPE mainly applyed in antiseptic coatings, takes place of chloro-sulfonated polyethylene coatings . The coatings mainly used in such as bridge, steel structure, chemical equipment, building out-side wall, beton ,airport, road, landmark ,road mark,etc.
