1.The main frame is welded by thick steel plate and sections, which makes the main structure more compact and solid. 

2. Line wire input: insert the line wires by hand.

3. Cross wire input: automatic cross wire loading with cross wire hopper for sorting, positioning, and ejecting the straightened and cut-to -length wires. 

4. Line wire spacing: simply move the electrodes, could realize different line wire spacing. Each welding spot is adjustable and controlled by water cooled SCR and micro-computer timer for precise weld control.

5. Welding section: Fully adjustable welding time and current. The welding powers comes from the spring. It is easy to adjust the welding pressure. The welding part is used the springiness input wire trunking that ensure the welding copper longer life-span. Welding electronic using one compression but power transmission by separate method, that is to say, when weld a cross wire, the welding transformer working separately, to reduce the requirements for power transformer.Frequency control with bake motor matching helical gear reducer connect the main shaft, ensure the welding is more stable and efficient. 

6. Mesh output device: mounted on servo motor driving pneumatic clamping wire output device, which makes the mesh size more accurate. Output distance based on the cross wire spacing set through touch screen, and multiple mesh size can be set on the same mesh panel, giving customers flexibility and convenience in production; continuous reciprocating drawing mesh to achieve longer mesh production.

7. Machine control system: This machine adopts synchronous control technique, welding time and separate welding are controlled by automatic control system& HMI, which links with P.L.C. All parameter are set using the touch screen, easy to operate and maintain.
