PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

This is a semi and full automatic shoes molding production line(insole, outsole, safety shoes, ect) newly developed by us.The old system is manual system which needs to open and close the molds by hands. But the automatic one, the worker only needs pressing a button to open and close the molds, it is easier to operate and also can save the labor cost. Only 4 workers are needed and 65% of your power can be saved. It can join the lasted upper with the outsole during the outsole molding process. It is turntable production line not annular as manual system, it required less occupancy space than manual one.
