The arm type ATC is capable to load more tools ,enlarged workpieces' machining range and quality. 

 

1. The direct coupled spindle respond rapidly,capable for tapping at 4000 rpm.

2. High speed synchronized tool-to-tool,stable and fast,reduced the non-machining time.

3. X/Y/Z axes rapid feedrate reach to 48000 mm/min with flexible response.

4. Best chip removal bevel with ultra flow flushing system.

5. The column was heightened to set aside enough space to install the 4th /5th axis.

6. Big span structure of the foundation and column,ensure the machine with high stability and rigidity.

 

Technical features

 

Synchronized arm type tool magazine

 

V series used TAIWAN made ATC with the latest technology,preposition of pneumatic cylinder,aluminum alloy tool post had been through T6 heat treatment,which is durable and long life,realized tool-to-tool time short to 1 second.

 

Guide slide and screw rod

 

All axes used TAIWAN brands ballscrew and linear slides with features of high rigidity,low noise,low friction,high sensitive,

improved the machining efficiency and accuracy dramatically.

 

Short nose spindle

 

Short nose spindle makes the transmission of spindle motor perfectly,a great performance of cutting rigidity and a longer life of the spindle. 

 

Completely closed metal guard

 

While the machining process at a high speed,the completely closed metal guard minimized the noise,prevented the chip blasting,moreover guarantee the safety of the machine operator. The bellow covers of the X/Y/Z axes blocked the chips,cutting oil and gas,makes the maintenance of ball screw and linear slide easy and realized long life good work condition.

 

None balance weight of Z axis 

 

Fine adjustment of the servo motor and improvement of the driven unit on the Z axis,to realize high speed machining with good surface roughness.
