6641 Polyester film/polyester fiber non-woven fabric flexible composite material (F-DMD)

1.     Description

It is made from high melting point polyester film and hot-rolling polyester fiber non-woven fabric.

It consists of one layer of polyester film and two layers of non-woven fabric which are bonded by F-class adhesive.

2.     Characters

It is Class F(155℃) insulating material which has high mechanical strength, excellent electrical property, and immersing the function.

3.     Application

It is mainly used for for slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in Y2 and other F-class electrical motors and electric apparatus.
