CERAMIC GRADE CMC
CMC can be used in ceramic body, glazing pulp, and decoration. Used in ceramic body, it is a good strengthening agent, which can strengthen the mouldability of mud and sand materials, help the shaping of the base and increase the folding strength of the green body. Used in glazing pulp and decoration, it is a binder that plays a role of suspending, uncoagulating, and keeping water.

The performance characteristics of CMC in ceramics
CMC is used for glaze ceramics as stabilizer and adhesive, can make the glaze ingredients evenly dispersed. Used in ceramic tile glaze, it can increase the binding force of glaze and body. It can improve the surface tension, increase the smoothness of glaze, avoid producing spalling and bubble formation due to changes in the strength of green body glaze, reduce glaze pinholes after drying, improve the quality of ceramic products.
CMC is added to ceramic billet
can enhance the cohesive force of the billet, make the body easy mold, improve
the flexural strength, improve the bad material stability, and is more suitable
for the ceramic processing, improve the processing speed of green, reduce the
processing cost. At the same time it can make the grey uniform moisture
evaporation, dryness and cracking, improve top-grade product rate of premium
grade.
CMC is used in ceramic slurries of stabilizing
agent and adhesive, can make the composition of glaze paste evenly dispersed. Used
in the bottom of the ceramic tile glaze, it can increase the slurries and body
binding force. It can improve the surface tension of glaze, increase the smoothness
glaze, avoid the body strength changes after glazing and spalling and bubble
formation, reduce the glaze pinhole after drying, improve the quality of
ceramic products.
