iHomeware Smart Intrusion Alarm System

The iHomeware Smart Intruder Alarm System (IAS) is designed to detect intrusion and provide instant notification to your mobile devices. Simply follow the installation procedure and download the"iHomeware" APP. The standard IAS package includes two Beacons for a two-person  home. The system relies on detecting the Beacon in order to automatically arm and disarm the alarm when it is in "auto" mode. Please provide a Beacon for every family member in the house, and attach it to their key chain, wallet, phone or anything that they always carry around.

Gateway 
The gateway provides a secure link between your home Wifi network and your wireless sensors, keeping you connected whether you are at home or anywhere else in the world. 
 
Contact sensor 
 iHomeware Wireless Door /window sensor consists of two parts, one large and one small. There is a magnet in the small part and real-time notification will be sent to your smartphone when these two parts be separated.
 
Beacon 
The iHomeware Beacon is a small, coin-sized device that you carry with you when you leave your house. The security system uses this Beacon to know when you are not at home so that it can automatically arm and disarm the system for you. 
 
Smartphone Application 
The iHomeWare smartphone application puts the power of our wireless security system into the palm of your hand. With multiple flexible security scenarios, you can control exactly which sensors are armed when you are away and which are disarmed when you are home. 
 
Cloud Services 
The iHomeWare cloud provides an always-connected, always-available link between your home automation and security system and your smartphone.

DIY Installation 
1) Connect the Gateway to your home WiFi router via an Ethernet cable, 
2) Remove the battery isolation tape on the Door/Window sensor, 
3) Press "connect" button in the middle on the Gateway, 
4) Attach the Door/Window sensor to your door or window, When your door and window are closed, the gap between the large and small part should be as small as possible and must never exceed 3cm. Otherwise the sensor may not reliably detect whether the door or window is open or closed. After installation, we recommend that you test it to ensure proper operation. 
5) Download the APP. Android users can search for the keyword "iHomeware" in the Google Play Store. iOS users can search for "iHomeware" in the Apple App Store.
