I.Outline of the Product
The DG tubular belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as tubular belt conveyor) is a new type of conveying equipment for bulk materials researched and developed by our company through absorbing advanced technology from abroad. Its design and manufacture conform to JB/T10380-2002 industrial standard.
The tubular belt conveyor can be widely used in such industries as of coal, electric power, chemical engineering, metallurgy, machinery, grains, light industry, harbor and building materials, etc. The conveying system can be a single machine or combination of multiple machines, which is used to convey various powdery, granular and lumpy materials with bulk density of generally less than 2.5t/m3.
The applicable operating temperature of the tubular belt conveyor is generally -25℃~+40℃, for special environment which requires heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing, corrosion protection, explosion protection, fire retardance, etc., special conveyor belt can be adopted, in such cases, the operating temperature can reach -35℃~+200℃.
