6640(NMN)-Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper

1.     Description

6640 Polyester film/Nomex Paper composite material is a three-layer flexible laminate in which Nomex Paper is bonded to the two sides of polyester film.

2.     Characters

It is Class F(155℃) insulating material which has high mechanical strength, excellent
electrical property, and good heat-proof functions.

Good cutting and overload resistances, high stiffness;
Good compatibility with insulation F varnish.

3.     Application

It is mainly used as slot, intertrun and liner insulations for F-grade motors and electric appliances.

4.     Specifications

Thickness: 0.15mm,0.18mm,0.20mm,0.23mm,0.25mm,0.3mm,0.35mm.

Common Width: 914mm  by roll.

Available form: roll, sheet, strip.

Color: White.
