    SZLH 508, named ring die feed pellet machine, is a kind of feed pellet mill to process various of materials  for  animals. Contrasting with other SZLH series and HKJ250, SZLH 508 has a large capacity which can reach 20T/H and be widely used in large-sized feed mills, animal farms, poultry farms and aquafarms.
    SZLH 508 feed pellet mill not only process various of cereals( corn, wheat and soybean), but also process coarse fiber materials( grass, crop stalk, peanut shell and grass). If needed, some additives, molasses, vegetable oil and vitamins can be added.
    SZLH 508 feed pellet mill is made of stainless or alloy steel. There is an incomparable superiorities of low cost, reasonable structure, compact layout, reliable performances and easy maintenance.

Raw materials:
a. Cereals: corn, maize, corn, grain, soybean, sorghum, corn flour, wheat flour; 
b. Coarse fiber: wheat bran, corn stalk, soybean meal, grass meal, rice husk, groundnut shell and cotton seed hull, sorghum stalk, cotton, rape stalk, peanut seeding, sunflower stalk, chaff, grasses, shrubs etc. 
c. Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, Amino acid, bone meal, vitamin
Generally, raw materials for ring die pellet making machine are cereals(100%) or cereals(60-80%) and coarse fiber(20-40%).
