1.Machine structure
The machine units and key parts are rigid resin iron casting,had been through aging treatment,eliminated the inner stress to ensure the structure durable and stable.
2.Axial drive and transmission
All axes' linear motion driven by AC servo motors with ball-screws and linear guides.
The linear guides were milled and grinding accurately,attached with low friction factor TURCITE-B wear plate,effectively improves the movement features and the required contact rigidity of cutting.
Power failure safety of Z axis would brake the spindle motor automatically to prevent damage in case of the sudden power failure.
3.Spindle
Through two steps gear variable speed,enlarged the speed range of the AC servo motor of the spindle,to realize the heavy duty cutting and milling with low speed and high torque.
Angular contact ball bearings endures strong axial force,the constant temperature recycle system of the bearing as the coolant unit makes the spindle a lasting high accuracy and longer life.
4.Tools magazine
Installed on the side of column,with rapid and accurate tools changing.
5.Coolant system
Equipped with coolant pump and fluid tank,cool down the workpiece and cutting tools by several flushing nozzles.
6.Pneumatic system
Used for spindle center blasting,tools and tools holders exchange.
7.Safety guard
All linear guide and ball-screws covered with elastic metal guards, the whole machine protected with complete closed type splash guard.
8.Lubrication
Greasing lubrication on all axes and automatic lubrication system on all ball-screws and linear guides.
9.Chip-removal
Chips flushed by the cooling oil and drop on the spiral conveyor in the bottom inside,then transferred to the chips carriage outside.
10.CNC controller
Standard CNC controller we configured with Mitsubishi M70A, the others like Fanuc i0 mate model d are optional.
