9FQ 40*20 is a kind of small hammer mill made by Shandong Double Crane Machinery Manufacturer Co., Ltd., which maily consists of hammers, crushing chamber, spindle, motor and mesh. And this small hammer mill can crush various of raw materials such as cereals ( corn, soybean, sorghum, barley, rice and meize ) and crop stalks ( peanut stalks, corn stalks, clover, grass, rice straw, wheat straw etc. ).
With reasonable design, compact structure and reliable performance, it has an advantages of output than other similars. And it is widely used in feed mills, grain processing factories, bleweries, food factories and chemical plants. 

Working principal
Raw materials go into the  pulverizing room through the feeding hole on the upper cover. Impacted by hammers rotating in a high speed and rubbed by sieve plates, these raw materials are gradually crushed. Effected by centrifugal force, they go through sieve pores of 1-50mm and enter into dust removal device. Then they are directly discharged into outside.
