Automatic Foil Scrap Sucker and Presser 

1. Automatic Sucker + Automatic Presser for Scrap Operation: 

a. When production start, Turn the Scrap Presser to Auto(it have manual and auto option function), the Scrap Sucker's motor power is 0.55kw only, the foil scrap will be pushed by Sucker to inside of Presser Unit. 

b. The Presser have photoelectric eyes to check under PLC program control.   When the Presser space enough full, the Presser motor will ON, Hydraulic pressure system will press the scrap, when scrap enough big height, automatic push the Aluminum Foil Mass out of Presser. (Mitsubishi PLC, Inverter) 

2. Automatic Sucker+Semi-Auto Presser Operation:
a. When production containers Turn ON of Auto Sucker, the motor power is 0.75kw only, the foil scrap will be push to inside of Auto Presser Unit.
b. Checking the scrap fully or not by people, when it is full, Turn On of the Presser, and take out the scrap mass after pack by people manual.
