1.Put it around ur neck and adjusta to the inner diametter to proper size.

2.Hold the inflating ball and inflate till you feel appropriate expansible 

   pressure, then fix the valve of tractor.

3.The duration time is about 15-20 minutes each time and twice a day.

4.If you want to deflate, pls screw the valve of the tractor.
