Description SJ101 is the sintered flux with fluorine alkali. The basicity is about 1.8 and shows gray round particles appearance. The granularity is 10-60 mesh (about 2.0-0.28mm). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply. It has advantages of stable arc, beautiful welding shaping, easy slag removal and excellent mechanical properties in fused metallization. Application With the corresponding wire (such as H08MnA, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA and Hl0Mn2 etc.), It is mainly used for welding of low carbon steel and low-alloy steels (such as 16Mn, X65, X70, 14MnNiq and Q345C etc), structure and boiler and pressure vessels, ships, bridges, pipelines and other submerged arc welding. Mechanical Properties of Deposit Metal
Note: 1. Flux must be baked for 2 hours at 300-350℃ before welding.
