Feed pellet line is designed for small, medium and large-sized feed mills, poultry farms, animal farms and aquafarms. According to different requirements of the output, there are 1t-40t per hour feed pellet production lines to be choosable. 

Working Procedure 
Feed pellet line mainly includes several processes: raw materials receiving and cleaning process, crushing process, mixing process, pellet making process, pellet cooling process, (pellet crumbling process), sifting process and packaging process . Each process is equipped with different machines such as pellet machine, hammer mill and feed mixer. And these machines group a set of feed pellet line.

Drum sieving pre-cleaner; SFSP series water drop hammer mill; SHJ series single shaft double screw feed mixer; SZLH series ring die feed pellet machine; air cooler; vibrating screener and packing machine 

Raw materials 
All grains ( corn, wheat, rice, barely, wheat flour etc.) 
Coarse fiber ( grass, corn stalk, rice husk, straws etc.) 
Attention: this proportion of ingrediens before pelletizing is 100% cereals or a mixer of 60-80% cereals and 20%-40% coarse fiber.
