Description

SJ601 is the basic sintered flux used for stainless steel and heat resistant steel. The basicity is about 1.8 and shows round particles appearance. The granularity is 10-60 mesh (about 2.0-0.28mm). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply. It has advantages of stable arc and beautiful welding shaping
Application

With the corresponding wire such as HOCr21NilO, HOOCr21NilO and HOOCrl9Nil2Mo2 to weld the stainless steel, high alloy heat resistant steel and other important structures.  The deposited metal has the good mechanical properties.

Note:

1. Flux must be baked for 2 hours at 300-350℃ before welding.
2. The impurities such as rust, oil and water should be removed before welding.
