This is low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel type of electrode with Titanium-calcium coating.It provides excellent mechanical performance as well as anti-intercry stalline corrosion performance between.It can be operated on both AC and DC with outstanding operation performance.

Application:

It is suitable for welding structure of super-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel, It also suitable for welding the structure of anti-corrosion stainless steel Cr19Ni11Ti which working temperature below 300 °c, It is mainly used for equipment manufacturing of fibre, fertilizer and petroleum industry.

WELDING DIRECTIONS
? For plates of below 25 mm pre-heating is not required.
? Plates of thickness over 25mm and castings should be pre-heated at around 100-200oC.
? Post-heat treatment is not required for steels of similar composition.
? For chromium steels the welded area need to be covered to bring down the cooling rate.

PRECAUTIONS:
? Electrode must be perfectly dry before use.
? Redrying at 250°C for 1/2 hour is recommended. Cool to 100°C and maintain at 100°C before use.
? To avoid excess heat input, lower current and shorter arc should be maintained.
? Weld metal should be cleaned only with stainless steel wire brush.
? For austentic stainless steels preheating and post-heating is not necessary.
