Operating Principle:

The type of briquette machine have two larger rollers in a fixed position in the frame and the other two smaller rollers are moveable. Four Roller Double Pressing Briquette Press can supply higher pressure and higher density during production of briquettes, so the briquettes are stronger and in higher density, also the surface is smoother.

Suitable materials for briquetting:

Request for raw materials:

1. In order to ensure the good quality and machanical strength of the final product, special care should be taken to ensure that the granule size fed to the machine is maintained below 3mm, preferable in the range of 30-40% small than 1-2 mm, with no more than 10% over 2mm.

2. The moisture content of the mixture has also a critical effect on the quality of the final product, so it should be kept in the range of 8-20%.

Description of output:

The output briquette is in high quality and strong (not easy broken) that won't be broken when dropped from 150-150cm height. Meanwhile, it is easy for combustion, no smell and last longer when burning.
