Description

HJ350 is a neutral manganese and fluoride melting type flux with the appearance of brown to light yellow glass particles. Particle size of 2.5-0.45mm (8-40 mesh) and 1.18-0.18mm (14-80 mesh). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply.It has good welding processing properties.
Application

It can welding the important structures of low alloy steel such as 16Mn, 15MnV and 15MnVN when corresponding the proper welding wire. For example ships, boiler and pressure vessel etc. Fine grained flux can be used for thin wire submerged arc welding to weld the thin plate structure.
Note:

1. Flux must be baked for 2 hours at 300-350℃ before welding.
2. The impurities such as rust, oil and water should be removed before welding.
