DESCRIPTION:
1.LH·SJ302 is a kind of silicon-calcium medium sintered flux, BW=1.0-1.1, mesh 10-40( that is 2.0-0.45mm).
2.Either alternating or direct current can be used. The welding bead shapes well and the welding slag has the property of "slag formed in short time",short slag.The slag detachability is very good.
3.Meanwhile, the welding seam has fine toughness with moisture and crack resistance.
Applications:
When applied to welding wires H08A or H08MnA, it can weld
boilers, pipeline steel and common steel.
CAUTIONS:
1.The oil soil, moisture, iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.
2.The welding flux must be baked under 300-350 centigrade for 2 hours.
