Application:

1, Waterproofing and dampproofing for indoor and outdoor wall.

Surface Treatment:

1,The surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials.

2,The obvious pores and holes must be silted up with the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out.

3,Moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation.

Operation Process:

1, Pouring water into the container, then slowly pour the powder and stir them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposit paste.

2, Keep intermittent stir to avoid precipitation during the operation.

3, Mixed ratio:  A:for brush: 25kg powder + 7~8kg clean water;

              B:for press: 25kg powder + 6~7kg clean water.

4, Using a brush or roller to brush the slurry on the substrate directly, do not leak anywhere. Brush one layer for dampproofing, two or three layers for waterproofing.

5, The direction of the two layers should be vertical-horizontal.

Note:

a, Using a brush to brush the mixed slurry on the surface evenly and make sure it no flaws.

b, When finishing the first layer of brushing, brush the second layer about 2~4 hours later. It requires 2~3 layers for the waterproofing projects.

Normal Amount:

For waterproofing, the brushing thickness is about 2.0mm and about 15~23㎡/flat

 (Note: the above amount is based on the smoothness of the surface)

Cautions:

1, Do other covers after the waterproof layer totally dried.

2, For the waterproofing projects of the place that may appear slight vibration, movement, structural cracks and pipes, expansion joints, or the post-cast strip, recommend PB-K11 High Flexible Waterproofing Slurry.

3, To gain a better effect, do not operate under 5℃.

4, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
