GJQ(X)-KG Rubber Joint coupling
We developed Rubber Joint Coupling to meet clients demand in 2002 and replaced flange and bolt with yokes. The two nozzles of Rubber Joint Coupling can be easily installed around relevant pipes and the rubber joint and pipe can be fix by yokes, and loose the yoke for maintenance so as to compensate the displacement resulted from pipess hot expansion and cold constriction. Compared with other rubber joints, the product has characteristics as follows:

Rubber Joint Coupling Installation Directions
During pipe construction, the flexible rubber joint shall be kept natural, do not deform the product purposely when installing. 
During installing flange losing rubber joint, the enhancing ring(jutted inner steel wire rope)of spherical two ends shall be completely installed inside the flange slot so as to prevent balls to break away from flanges when pipes bear pressure, During installing bolts, screw down sym-metric six/four bolts and keep balls and flanges remaining in order. 
When connecting rubber joint and pipe flange, the bolt pole shall extend to the pipe flange so as to prevent from crushing or pricking the coved screw thread expanding because of pressure, all bolts shall be pressured and screwed down and word congruously. If the surrounding circumstance is bad, spring washer and flat gasket shall be added to prevent bolts from losing. 

If arch/high arc rubber joints are adapted(for six-angle bolt cannot pass through flange hole), double-head bolts shall be used and try to reduce spherical screw thread jut and avoid crushing balls expanding under pressure and prevent early damage of rubber. 
When frequently use the rubber joint or near water(oil)pup nozzles, stop block shall be added on both ends of flans so as to reduce the impace on pump and pipe caused by the length changes of rubber joint. 
When adapting over DN1000 Lrubber joint, some length short pipe shall be made on one flange end so as to help installation and reduce labor strength. After connecting rubber joint and the short pipe and the other pipe, weld the short pipe and relevant pipe together. 

In order to remove the radial deviation formed by short pipe welding, use round steel or other relevant metal to temporarily weld flanges on pipes two ends and make the rubber joint and flange be a steel body. After welding, remove the welding again and keep the rubber joint natural as usual. 
When welding metal and flange, remember to cover the rubber joint with shielding and prevent from burning balls.
