polyacrylamide Product Instruction
High viscosity polyacrylamide powder is used as viscosity indepemdently in incense making,which is strong
in adhesion strength, good in water dissolved and excellent in film-forming. When using the viscosity can
ensure incense surface smooth, releasing non-stick mould, body without cracking, giving a good sense of
quality. Significantly enhance the resistance to incense,guaranteed the integrity in the transpor,not easily
broken. In addition, incense withpolyacrylamdie won't giving out bad odour. Also can improve the stick
production efficiency because its cold-solubility.meanwhile can be dissolved in warm water, even cold water,
even in the cold seasons,using PAM as viscosity can eliminate cooking process,reducing energy consumption,
and simplify the process.
polyacrylamide Application Method & Notes:
1. It is recommended to prepare the product in water solution at 0.1% concentration. It is proposed to use
the neutral and desalted water. The product should be scattered evenly in the stirred water, and the
dissolving can be accelerated by warming the water (below 60°C).
2. The most economical dosage can be determined based by a preliminary test.
3. The solid product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag
containing 25Kg.The colloidal product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in fiber plate drums with
each drum containing 50Kg or 200kg.
4. This product is hyqroscopic,so it is should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place below 35°C.
5. The solid product should be prevented from leaking on the ground because the hygroscopic powder can
make the floor slippery.
